Our Story
Plastics are one of the most versatile materials that we make use of.They are around us, whether we are at home, at work, when we go shopping and even when we are on vacation. However, the popularity of plastic also means we have large numbers to handle. Moreover, recycling plastic is very important, but why?
1. Plastics make up a huge amount of our solid waste

3. Plastic pollution is a major problem
As a matter of fact, 90% of waste floating on the ocean surface is plastic. That would be approximately 46,000 pieces of plastic per square mile!
4. Recycling plastic conserves energy and the environment
For every 1 ton of plastic recycled, an estimated 7 landfills are conserved. This is very important, especially considering the fact that we are running out of landfill space quickly.
Moreover, by recycling plastic, 80% of the total energy to produce new plastic products is conserved. The production of plastic involves the use of petroleum and other fossil fuels. These fuels are not only scarce but also produce plastic in a way that is harmful to the environment. By recycling, we can reduce the amount of plastic produced and help the environment.
Being aware of the importance of the recycling industry, we want to contribute to reuse so we can reduce waste and conserve energy and the environment.
